Welcome to the Music Page at Holy Family Parish, in historic Concord, Massachusetts! The parish’s music tradition has been renowned since its founding in 1863. The church houses an E. & G.G. Hook & Hastings pipe organ (Opus 812.) The instrument was built and installed in the organ loft in 1875. In 2017, Holy Family purchased a beautifully reconditioned 1915 Steinway 6′ 11′ mahogany grand piano. Approximately ten years ago, the church purchased a two-octave set of Schulmerich Handbells. A few years later, the Handbell Choir expanded to three octaves.
The Parish has three choirs — the Children’s Choir, the Handbell Choir, and the Parish Choir. For more information on any of the choirs, please contact us.
A number of instrumentalists from the congregation grace our liturgies with prelude and offertory offerings from time to time. If you are interested in playing during worship, please let us know.
