“Bringing faith to life—one conversation, one connection, one cup of coffee at a time.”
Hello there! I’m Roberto Mercado, and I’m truly blessed (and a little amazed) to be serving as the Coordinator of Parish Life here at the Concord-Carlisle Catholic Collaborative.
My path to parish life has been anything but boring—I’ve worked in nonprofits, government agencies, and faith-based communities, always guided by a call to serve others with compassion, purpose, and just the right amount of coffee. I hold degrees in Public Administration and Divinity, which means I love a good spreadsheet almost as much as a good homily!
As a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with experience in workforce development and community outreach, my passion is helping people feel seen, heard, and valued—whether they’re joining us for the first time or have been part of the parish for decades.
In this role, I’m excited to help build bridges between our faith and daily life—through events, formation programs, or even a casual conversation after Mass. If it brings us closer to Christ and to each other, count me in.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and exploring new ways to connect faith with everyday life. Please feel free to reach out or stop by to say hello—I’m always happy to chat! I look forward to walking this journey of faith with you—laughs, prayers, and all.
