Pause, reflect, and lift up. Introducing Selah, a group for young adults ages 25-39! We invite you to take time out of your routines to deepen your relationship with God and connect with others in the faith. 

We’ll start with silent prayer, then pray Vespers together, and conclude with casual discussion and snacks. Examples of discussion topics include the Catholic monthly devotion, Sunday’s Gospel reading, or a passage from the Catechism. Plus, look forward to occasional social events and outings!
